Monthly Restorative YogaBuy
With the help of soothing music, dimmed lights, and fully supported postures, Restorative Yoga is a 75-minute breath and relaxation-focused class designed to help you destress, heal, and restore. Yoga postures are held for anywhere from 3-10 minutes, fully-supported by yoga props; blankets, bolsters, blocks, straps, etc. This practice is suitable for all levels – whether healing from an injury, post-pregnancy, suffering from depression and anxiety, or simply just wanting to relax and deepen their mind/body connection. This class is held on the last Sunday of every month.
