The ancient martial art of tai chi will bring numerous health benefits to your mind, body and spirit. Our approach helps improve strength, flexibility, balance, memory and cardiovascular health as well. The class will include a yoga warm-up followed by qigong and tai chi underneath the styles of Wing Chung and Iron Wing, taught by instructor Chantal Barrette. This class is suitable for teens, adults and active seniors at all fitness levels.
