Private yoga classes designed to each individual client’s needs. Working with a yoga teacher one-on-one allows you to fine tune your practice, to understand postures, you may not have been sure of, to learn breathing and meditation techniques that are applicable specifically to you, to increase your body awareness, and to find strengthening and stretching yoga postures that your body needs.

We offer one-on-one private pilates in our fully equipped Pilates room.
- Group Yoga/Pilates Classes
Increase your flexibility, strengthen your body, improve your mind-body connection, increase your sense of balance, and learn a variety of breathing and meditation techniques in our group classes. Small group classes allow for more attention and greater results.
