This is a high energy class meant for those who want to improve their body’s ability to move pain free at the same time as improving cardiovascular health. We will focus on overall body longevity and wellness. This includes myofascial release (MFR) techniques for increased muscle adaptability to training, multi-planar dynamic movements aiming to improve modern culture postural dysfunctions, and strength and conditioning for optimal muscular and cardiovascular function.
Each 60-minute class is broken down as follows:
15 minutes Myofascial Release
5-10 minute Total Body Warm Up
30-35 minutes “Functional Patterns” exercises flow with little to no break
