Hatha Yoga

Enjoy a session of sculpting the body and engaging of the core as you take a voyage to relieve your stress and encompass the mind, body and spirit, in the process of attaining one’s peak health and happiness with hatha yoga. This class incorporates all elements of a balanced hatha yoga practice including standing, balancing, and seated postures, as well as relaxation. It is a heart centered and alignment based class.
-Appropriate for all levels of fitness.
